We provide a custom design service to make you ideas become reality.

Whether you have an event coming up and need prize support and merchandising or you would like some custom accessories for your favourite game, we are here to help!

Follow the simple steps below to place a custom order with us.

All custom orders are charged at a minimum of 2 hours work time at our hourly rate of £20 - this accounts for design and production time.

Step 1: Submit Your Design

Design Requirements: Ensure your design is clear and detailed. Acceptable file formats include .SVG, .PDF, or .PNG.

Dimensions: Specify the desired dimensions for your miniature model.

Additional Notes: Provide any specific instructions or details you'd like us to consider during the design process.

Step 2: Review & Quotation

Design Assessment: We will review your design and provide a quotation based on the complexity, size, and material requirements.

Quotation Approval: Once you receive the quotation, review the details and confirm your approval.

Step 3: Payment & Production

Payment: Complete the payment process as per the quotation details.

Production Timeline: Your custom order will be scheduled for production. Typical lead time is [1 - 2 weeks], subject to the complexity of the design and our current workload.

Step 4: Quality Check & Shipping

Quality Assurance: Each custom order undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Shipping: Choose your preferred shipping method and provide the shipping details.

What materials do you use for custom orders?

We offer a range of materials, including MDF, Acrylic, Greyboard and more. The material options will be discussed during the quotation phase.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately for the time being we are only able to offer domestic shipping on our custom orders.
